A 10 pound or five kilo increase on a squat in six weeks in advanced lifters, off of doing two reps. That sounds like very good gains to me. I think one could argue that perhaps it's not surprising that you'd see pretty impressive gains in a six week timeframe. But then how would that play out over the long term? Does that make sense? It does.
