In a relationship-driven business, it's easy for the seller to sort of haze out. As long as we've got bob in there, that usually mitigates the risk in the cellar leaving. And besides, fringes benefit from that is if bob may be able to get a piece of equity in the business or some ownership. You want him to know that, because he's going to lobby for the deal on your behalf.
