It was like probably 20 years since I actually did some, I'm going to call it air quotes here for the podcast listeners, heavy squats and heavy deadlifts. And my goal was to add load and strength train heavy with lower reps to build up the tissue capacity. So yeah, just take that time guys. If you are going to implement any of the things that we're talking about, then it's like you're exceeding the load just like in your running.
