In science, if we're being true scientists, we can say something is lacking evidence. Even the tobacco companies have for years said there is no absolute concrete proof that smoking causes cancer because they can't quite find the mechanism. And even Botox, like the thing that everyone loves these days to inject to prevent or treat wrinkles is a toxin. That's how I think about it.
