The Practice of the Seven Homecomings
"I think the floating part is, it's just letting it be there," she says of anger. "You still want to act, but you want to act cleanly." The seven homecomings are a benefactor practice where people imagine receiving love or care from an imagined benefactor. She also asks folks to bring in all these categories of Benefactors: teachers, guides, communities and ancestors.
