Most salespeople can get their work done in a day and be at the top of the ranking list in about six hours a time, a work a day, every day. When you time block, to me at least, what's helped me personally is this thing called airplane mode. So i can't turn the phone off, no gabits, you can certainly turn aerplane mode on.
