Dose Versus Density

E e dose means how hard your workout is. Density has to do with how closely spaced those workouts are. When i was in college running track, the coach only knew one workout and we did it every day. And that was what i called 400 meters till you puke. That was sport science back in the 19 sixties. As i got older, i realized that i couldn't do that any more. So now i've come to the point, this has been for the last probably eight to ten years, something like that,. What i've been doing is what i call five too. So it's two days of high intensity training every week and seven days of low intensity training
