And I'm going to ask you how long was that journey for you? Like when you started that first class to, until you felt like you had maybe more grasp on your thoughts and anxiety. Like what did that look like for you? Yeah, it was, it was a journey. With practice, with actually embodying ourselves and our emotions, I start, I genuinely believe that progress can be quite quick.
