What's Your Favorite Podcast or Book?

i don't listen a podcast a whole lot, and i read it, but i do read a ton of books. One that's kind of like a classic one that everybody references is crossing the chasm. Most people don't read them until theyare already experiencing the problem. Once om like feeling the pain, then i go nd read the book. I usuaa ie kims through the book once, and then i just pick the chapters when i know where i'm facing the problem. And we have him on the under shol so a bit later, it's planed.
