Hip thrust is a great specific lift to to grow um to grow the glutes even though it's not necessarily training at long muscle and switch we're not completely confident on but might be an important factor for them to grow maximally. You can always modify the exercises to make them even more specific to your goal so i think another thing to consider is that you could do partials at the the end range of a hip thrust and then almost totally negate any of the quad adductor action in the hip thrust. The resistance curve is actually a descending resistance curve where it starts hardest not hardest because we're stronger there but the resistance is high ice at the top and then slightly goes down as
