The Importance of Protein and Fat in Weight Loss
It's almost just a different language for the same thing. Essentially, it's talking about those important nutritional principles but using the language of GI. It is very, very focused on your carbohydrates and everything around those. So you're not going to re-get a great education on the role of protein and fat. But for weight loss, you don't always need that complete picture to achieve weight loss. I think for me, if I was to give this a rating, I'd probably give it a good four for weight loss.
