What if You Feel Unfairly Forgiving?

A lot of times people can understand what it is that they need to do, but they struggle to do it because they simply don't want to do it. So how how can we reconcile those topoins? Let's put this in some kind of concrete context, em cause we're talking about hierarchical relationships where you don't really get to say that to your boss. But so what's a conlict? Is there a context that you face this, or this is a general question. I am not at all saying that everybody, all the time should be unfairly forgiving. I am only saying that this is a tool for leadership that can be powerfully influential.
