If any single one of us ate less often, we would have a much healthier population than we do right now. One of the best ways you can balance harhones and all the other things that we've kind of alluded to and talked to om during our discussion,. That is the sort i will die on. It's just encouraging people to eat less often and into kind of question. As i always say, i was taught and raised to question everything, and that includes antiquated dogma.
