Inspiration is great because it kicks you into gear, but here's the problem. It lasts roughly from several seconds to several days as a feeling in your mind. Once it's gone, you don't have anything. You cannot be motivated almost by definition, unless you have a goal. So if you just get inspired to go to the gym, there's a 99% chance you ain't lasting.
