Sales is, i think, under invested. And more so in sales than in almost any other professions, you can't hide,. I meanwhen when things are bad, there's no coasting ar. You have to go out and engage every day. Ye, it just seems so short sighted, ad so many senior leaders and companies that just don't get this. Instead of having some front line sales manager with no experience trying to coach sellers, is has actual coaches on staff.
