The Importance of Flexibility in Injuries

I think it comes down to strength work strength work. Once your mouth will get stronger and they're able to release the pressure on the injured area, that's when you get healthier. People don't recognize that enough. I do think with flexibility, one I love is like that world's greatest stretch. So we always start nearly every session with that kind of hip opener. And I really like, you know, like cross ball massage ball, I always do that in bed.
