Roxanne Jones: Are there any roles which you used to hire for, which pretty much no longer exist? She says hiring is driven very much by volumes first and then volatility second. Banks are nowhere near as an in-bore sophisticated as all the pop trading firms or hedge funds, she adds. "I would rather expect layoffs than anything else"
