I'll do a little 40 second sprints Sean today, you know took us through a hit workoutUh doing really fast Five or six seconds sprints. We did five today and I was about spent on that So but he has tried to to maintain my cardiovascular fitness Uh, there's that epic nine o'clock. That was the one Yeah, and that was uh a month later.
