The High Side Is the Right Thing, Right?

It's very interesting to know that we have been trying to emulate the Asian school system. We're going to follow where a nation at risk was really used in 1980s because these other countries are, well, there's actually a book by a Chinese American who grew up in Chinese school. And so they have had difficulty changing their stances for a variety of reasons. Part of it is they still have this stupid task that you need in order to get on college.
