The biggest thing is just, you only want people who are really engaged and want your content on onyour list. What i would do is what's built in a convercet, which is selecting anyone who has not opened or collected anything for at least 90 days,. And i would drop them off into a sequence. If they open or click any of those emales, then you keep them. If they don't, then you just t leat them off.
