Build the Habit of Getting Out of the Building

Diego: I would argue that actually giving people the challenge of speaking to customers every week and measuring them whether it's through okay ours or something else or a leaderboard like seeing what happens. Building the habit of getting out of the building is the hardest thing to do but it pays the most dividends he says. Diego: My main point of advice is there's a human on the other side you can talk to them shit so start doing things that don't scale start talking to every customer spend a lot of time with them obviously you can't do that forever but you will find the ways to bring down the cost of doing this over time.
