Introduction

Jimmy Hollerin: It's good to be back. I've been on a bit of a hiatus from the fund cast as I recently became a dad. Project Dad was complete October 26th. And today we're talking about hiring. We spend a bunch of time deciding who gets to be part of this portfolio. The folks that do get to become Parker Gale companies, they're special. They saw something in diligence that we really like and we want to be a part of.
