Is Extensive Exercise Not Good for the Human Organism?

I used to run ultra marathons. I've been such a crazy MF in the past, man. Having a good amount of muscle mass is probably an absence of stress hormones and a good diet of like the micronutrient building blocks. The body should grow reasonable amounts of muscles with just the nutrients and really, really moderate low level stress. You could probably do five pull ups a day, you know, or 30 pushups a day or 20 air squats a day. That's probably... people are gonna go crazy for this.
