Is There a Level of Genetic Variance in Sleep Duration?
I think there is something to be said about creating awareness and just like getting a diagnosis. There is definitely a level of genetic variance. We don't want to put all the emphasis on sleep duration, but at the end of the day, it does matter. And we know that there is a certain minimum threshold for sleep duration which is important both in the short term and long term.
