The Importance of Strength Endurance in Rehabilitation

There's no escaping just that basic bodyweight strength endurance capacity to ensure that we can work and contract over time. In sport such as rugby, where they need to generate really high forces, relative strength and maximum strength might be a far more important property than say in Australian rules football. A loaded strength endurance measure is more relevant to how the calf needs to work during running activities versus a track runner who has very short ground contact times. And perhaps our more power based qualities are going to be of more clinical interest.
