The Effects of Exercise on Lactate Levels

The classic training response that people have is to have a lower lactate at any power output. Athletes actually produce more than people who are less capable or less highly trained but they they remove it they use it. There's something that occurs like during exercise that makes the transporters more efficient and so you can double the amount of lactate transporters by training.
