Is Stretching the Answer to the Front Squat?
No amount of stretching or yoga is going to get you better at this front squat. You shouldn't train them in, you shouldn't stretch and hope it's going to fix it. So if your knee hurts, do a lot of, you know, like knee rotations,. Like that's the way you're going to get better by moving the joint through the full ranges under tension.
