Burn out implies a sense of permanence, right? So like this log is burnt out, like you can't get any more fire out of it. It's because people don't realize what is the contributing factor to burn out. They don't haven't figured out, ok, these are the two or three things that really burn me out. This is why it feels like it lasts so damned long.
