ADHD - Is Stimulant Medication a Good Fit for You?

Many studies have demonstrated that treatment with stimulant medication improves the efficiency of neural communication. If you're not being treated with a stimulant, I highly recommend a discussion with your doctor to see if that is something that's a good fit for you. And part of that is because in my adult life, at the ripe old age of 38 years old, I don't struggle so much with motivation anymore.
