There are patients with congenital nephrogenic di and there's patients with long-term exposure to lithium. One of the conventional therapies has been giving patients a thiazide type diuretic. And then they tried to see the zolomide on those and the rats had a dramatic reduction in urine output. I've tried it in a few patients and I've been really impressed with how effective it is. It actually was is very potent at reducing this lithium-induced increased urine output, this DI.
