The Difference Between Curly Parsley and Flat Leaf Parsley

Curly Parsley has got a very bad name in this country. It's thought to be kind of weird and old-fashioned. But it has a completely different flavor and flat leaf parsley. The flat leaf is more fresh and less bitter when you cook it. You know, I would say bay leaves, cloves and nutmeg are the three biggest spices in Danish cooking. Cloves are rather divisive. We also have a white sauce where you really add a lot of parsley so it almost becomes green. And it also has to be the Curly ones because you can't get the flavor out with them.
