What Did They Learn About Blood Pressure?

Study: Just taking a one or two minute walk once per hour helped to lower blood pressure. When the participants upped it to twice an hour on the treadmill for longer periods, up to five minutes, they saw more impressive results. Study found that a five minute walk every half hour was able to offset a lot of the harms from sitting.
