The Limiting Factor in Exercise

The amount of oxygen that we're able to take in and bring you know to our various cells including the muscle then really is the limiting factor. People have been associated the proton with the lactate and call it lactic acid this is a big misnomer biology. When people consume polylactate while they're exercising their blood pH actually rises slightly so by giving salts of lactate we can mitigate the swelling we can provide fuel.
