Work to Rest Ratios in Swimming and Biking

Paddles without too many straps over the top so if your hand entry is um or alignment is wrong with them they just kind of come off completely. One of my go-tos longest reps in training to swim three thousand meter open water in a half distance triathlon one thousand meters yeah i think that sounds fair uh ratio of load to rest like in running or cycling for example two to one one hundred in one thirty forty five seconds rest.
