The Process of Testing Stimuli

I was wondering whether you can tell us a little bit more about the process that you typically follow if there is like a typical route that you take. Given ways at stake I presume that you typically go through multiple stages of testing including initial surveys thinking about focus groups maybe some small pilots. Sometimes we just launch things and then some things sometimes things don't terribly wrong so anyway it's always different but but those are some practices we try to use when possible yeah.
