In medical school, what you get like an afternoon of nutrition training hours is four hours. And it's like that that wasn't an intuitive connection to make after all that training. So I'm really grateful that I came across that, that added such an important layer to my understanding of disease and eye health. That's the reason why I wrote the book is to educate my not just my patients, but also my colleagues about what are the nutrients that are important for eye health.
