I do athletic greens every morning, just a scoop in. I mix it with like pineapple juice or fruit juice or like put it in a smoothie and it's so good. And you have to be careful with retinol, for sure. You have to like build up a tolerance and know what you're doing. This is mind-blowing. It's like always, but it's just there. For me, it doesn't take that much time because it's such a routine. Like it's just kind of part of my life.
