Do You Have a Habit?
Exercise physiologists do think that having some varieties is a thing from a physiological viewpoint. But the other behavior part is like, well, you know, we do know that physical activity does really well when it's a very habitual activity. Where's with variety, you've got to sort of plan and think a little bit more. So i guess depending on which way you're looking at it, i would say, yes, it's a good thing.
