How to Use Endurance Running to Promote Good Form

Getting the main set if you want to call it that done after a good solid warm up is ideal because you will have your energy and then you can do your endurance running after. The one type of workout that I think you don't have to do immediately after after the workout or after the warm up sorry is the form hills as they are not very taxing again remember that we're just running strong or solid but focusing mainly on form not intensity so you could do them anywhere within a run even a long run. There might actually be some benefits in doing a couple of form hills early in the run to promote good form for the next segmental running than re-establish that good form with a few
