Aristotle's Symbol of Peace
The painting was supposed to represent the integration of all the world's philosophies with christianity. The idea is that aristotle, his sort of saying, we can integrate all these philosophies. And you'll notice that they have a a moslem veroes where is he right over here. You see the turban and a zoroaster is actually over here. So that there is from the middle east. It's not just grease. I'm sure raphael didn't know, but who knows? poets can, artists can see in the dark. But, you know, sometimes they channel stuff that even they don't know. To me, that represents what they were really lacking.
