Copenhagen has a dish called Bixamel - mixed up leftovers and Worcestershire sauce. It's something that my mom would do like she would say things for every second week. I wonder if you had your own version of it or whether it came from Worcestersshire. How do you spot a good chicken? A really nice big chicken. Does that make sense like big and juicy? And not flabby.
