The downside of o tying employee compensation to net promoter score is. You you end completely getting people trunti game, and having these sort of ridiculous that promoter scores that are clearly not tenable. And anthnd, you're kind of creating this awkward relationship with your customers. So it can get messy. I think there's other things you can use net promoter score for, but i think tying employee comp can be dangerous.
