How to Be a Product Activation Caller

The product activation call is the most common type of call for a CSM here. It typically happens every six to 10 weeks, I would say, depending on your segment and essentially after the introduction and account planning call. The outcome of this call is essentially to reconfirm business goals and drive expanded adoption of our HubSpot tools. And one of the main best practices that we follow are firstly like pinpointing customer pain points and coming prepared with solutions.
