Is Your Training a Subconscious Thing?
I would say that subconsciously, it's always been a part of my training. But as er i sort of got more skilled in the art of programming and training e than er, it has become more of a structure,. It might even be a little bit more effective, because i get some extra volume in there. I mean, it depends on your focus though. If i were to practise a hansand superman push up, or clapping push ups, after a pushing session, i would be sure to get a face plant. So for me, you know, i wouldn't want to kind of expend too much energy beforehand before going into that. And then i don't know
