Body building is not about making the muscles look good. It's about moving our bodies with a purpose or an tention, producing power of some sort. When i train with the muscle contraction as the primary driver, it was to get enough of a stimulus to let im grow - and then impact my global physique. The goal is changing the physique, not changing the way you move and your strength versus the functional stuff. Do both at once! I want to teach people how to do it better.
