If you're gearing any of this because you're trying to do sort of a self-service day one where people can just sign up for the software does imply that the monetization decisions that you make are the right ones. You may not know that on day one but if it is in the beginning of the journey I would highly highly highly recommend that for a period of the pilot that you do not gear in the software
