The Dangers and Pitfalls of Beta Pricing
A lot of this depends on are we launching a brand new product or are we like very mature and have a lot of data to drive the next decision that we're trying to iterate on so let's start at the first part which is we have a relatively new product. If you're gearing any of this because you're trying to do sort of a self-service day one where people can just sign up for the software does imply that the monetization decisions that you make are the right ones. You may not know that on day one but if it is in the beginning of the journey I would highly highly highly recommend that for a period of the pilot that you do not gear in the software
