The Problem Posing Method of Education

Teachers and students work together on an equal footing to investigate reality. They learn from each other and they teach each other in turn. The relationship is that of co-creators and it's grounded in trust and solidarity. It makes me think of the Maoist concept of the mass line, but applied to education.
