It's getting really tricky to know what to share right about your personal life. What do you do if you just can't find that in the work setting? Is this person trustworthy? Could I share something personal and that person won't feel intruded on? They won't tell anyone else. And you can test it out in small steps first. It's good to test the waters before you start unloading.
