The Focus Training in Rehab

A lot of what happens in rehab and movement at the start has to be very consciously driven. You should feel like at some point you're doing things automatically because you mostly live automatic. And I think that is an important guiding thought when it comes to that rehab. So getting off your feet, doing just toe pumps or even like Tom said, just manually stretching your foot or ankle can be the best place to start. Then eventually building up to building up the load, going into weight bearing and then going into more like strength training.
