I know you've been using this catalogue to have a conversation with many teams. How are people being using it? So is it mostly about applying it to the teams or has it been useful for people to grow as a tech lead, to understand their own behaviors of the team? So how has it been helpful to other people and to teams? The feedback I've been receiving is essentially about growing into this tech lead role and perceiving oneself more as acting in such a pattern. One thing that might happen but didn't happen technically was for these to become almost like a self-fulfilled prophecy.
